Production & Shipping
Every T-Shirt is printed to order by our printing provider, and will be processed & shipped out from their production facility, (either in the USA or in Canada) 3-7 days after purchase is made. Unfortunately since each t-shirt is made to order, we cannot handle returns or exchanges. However, if the product is printed incorrectly, damaged or is of bad quality, please reach out to us and send us photos of the error and we will contact the production company and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
We do accept cancellations up to 12hrs after the order is placed. Please read the sizing charts carefully and do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions. All apparel is folded and shipped in self sealing poly mailers, and larger orders will be packaged in corrugated boxes.
*Please note, since Pet Gifter does not package & ship the t-shirts themselves, unfortunately no gift wrapping is available and no notes can be added to an order. We do apologize for this.
